some issues

locked thermostat duvet issue
the thermostat was locked at 24 degrees, which became uncomfortable. i also couldn't open a window. i understand the need for efficiency, but a bed sheet in addition to a duvet would have helped. a way to open the windows would be great, too. it was way too hot.

average stay with some drawbacks

lack of facilities small room
the location was acceptable as it was near public transport.
The lack of on-site facilities was disappointing (i expected more for the price). there was no restaurant, pool, or gym available. the room felt small. Opening my suitcase was a challenge, and this was consistent across multiple rooms my group booked.

wonderful stay

friendly staff comfortable room great location
the staff greeted us warmly each day. the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. its location allowed easy access to attractions but away from noise. i would happily stay again on future visits.
the hotel lacks a restaurant so breakfast required finding an outside option. this was inconvenient and added costs for our family. (it's something to consider for future stays!).

clean room great kitchenette coffee pods refused parcel wrong information uncomfortable bed
i found my room very clean. it had a sufficient size. a great kitchenette and bathroom. i especially liked the complimentary coffee pods.
i was expecting a very important parcel. i told the staff about it the night before, but they refused the parcel when the delivery was attempted. this happened because they thought i was no longer at the hotel, but that wasn't right. they zip together two singles to make a king with no topper, so the middle dips, and it is uncomfortable.
